Pilot Program Showcase
We’re proud to have completed our first VR pilot program for Mobile Plant Mechanics, delivered in collaboration with trainees from Liebherr Mining, MLG, and HYDAC Group. The program included three days of immersive VR training, followed by a hands-on workshop that simulated a real mining environment. BTR’s VR training solutions are designed to support clients to eliminate operational bottlenecks, enhance safety outcomes, and accelerate workforce capability.
From Virtual to Reality
After three days of immersive VR training for Mobile Plant Mechanics, participants transitioned into a hands-on workshop that simulated a real mining environment. In collaboration with IEES, who opened their workshop doors for this experience, trainees from our early adopter partners were able to reinforce their learning through practical applications of the units completed in VR.
