From Virtual to Reality ​

Following three days of immersive VR training, Mobile Plant Mechanics transitioned into a live workshop to apply their newly developed skills in a mining environment. In partnership with IEES, which generously opened its workshop facilities, trainees could reinforce knowledge gained through VR simulations with practical, hands-on experience. This powerful combination of virtual learning and real-world application highlighted how Better Than Reality’s solutions can bridge the gap between theory and practice, giving participants confidence while improving safety, performance, and long-term workforce capability.
