Better Than Reality proudly launched its first Virtual Reality (VR) pilot program for Mobile Plant Mechanics, delivered in collaboration with Liebherr Mining, MLG, and HYDAC Group. Over three days, participants experienced highly immersive VR training that replicated real-world mining scenarios, followed by a practical workshop. The program demonstrated how VR technology can enhance workforce readiness by eliminating operational bottlenecks, improving safety outcomes, and accelerating skill development. This pilot is a key milestone in showing how immersive training can reshape learning in the mining industry and beyond.
